Our ability to retain a workforce that is skilled for their current role and prepared with skills for the future is paramount to the success of Sedgwick! A first step of creating this environment is working toward consistency in all areas of learning. We've created a train the trainer program to provide education on how to create and deliver information that is consistent, meaningful, engaging and measurable. In each cohort, we'll spend 3 weeks working together to transform how to facilitate and deliver an elite learning experience for our colleagues.An Accredible verified badge is awarded to certify that a colleague has attended approximately 4.5-hours of live classroom learning plus successfully passed a post program activity to demonstrate skill attainment. Totaling approximately 14 hours of classroom and hands-on project based learning.
