Certified elite trainer: Sedgwick Train the trainer

Our ability to retain a workforce that is skilled for their current role and prepared with skills for the future is paramount to the success of Sedgwick! One of the first steps of creating this environment is working toward consistency in all areas of learning. We've created a train the trainer program to provide education on how to create and deliver information that is consistent, meaningful, engaging and measurable. In each cohort, we'll spend 6 weeks working together to support each other and learning how to create an elite training environment for our colleagues. An Accredible verified badge is awarded to certify that a colleague has attended approximately 6-hours of live classroom learning plus successfully passed a project quality review to demonstrate skill attainment. Totaling approximately 14 hours of classroom and hands-on project based learning.
